What makes us different?

 

Adeline Associates Ltd was established in February 2001. The founder members each had at that time decades of experience in scoping, managing and delivering sometimes very complex technical client solutions in the areas of IT and business change initiatives. Adeline have been there, and have grown up "doing" what's needed in things like MSProject plan production, Mind Mapping and translating those initial ideas into reality to deliver growth and efficiencies. Adeline has built PMO's from scratch, built both virtual and "on-site" functional teams in order to deliver stakeholders exact requirements. Adeline have mentored and trained less experienced Project, Programme and Portfolio managers in the techniques and insights to delivering on the right projects.

 

What Adeline really excel at is working with clients to see through the "fog" of their Projects and Programmes, and to come up with realistic objectives to both deliver on the important projects and increase efficiency by proving through our "on-line" PPM tools what’s right for the clients company at that time.

 

Our business model is a P-A-Y-G model so no lock in contracts and most importantly we don't leave you with a mass of paper that only tells you what you should do like other consulting companies, we recommend then roll up our sleeves and deliver! 

 

Adeline discuss with senior stakeholders such as CFO's, MD's, Sales Directors, PMO's, Senior Departmental Managers, COO's etc to determine what are why particular projects are important to them regarding strategy, general direction, goals and objectives.

Adeline then present what we believe is the way forward based on available resources, skillsets, delivery windows, ROI, strategy etc.

Adeline then use it's powerful "on line" Project Portfolio management tool - some screenshots below, too totally manage the Project Portfolio. Whether it's 10 or a 1,010 simultaneous projects Adeline can show status alignment, over and under project spend, resource loadings, project pipeline status, project alignments to objectives and goals - and more!
